5. Purchase process
The purchasing process is simple and can be done through the website.
To make a purchase through the Website, any Registered User must navigate through the Website's product catalog and add to the shopping cart those products that are of interest. 6. Order preparation
In general, once the order is received in our system, Mascoboutique will proceed to prepare it for shipping or for delivery to our physical stores in Madrid, -according to the option chosen by the Buyer-. This order preparation will be done within the following three days after the order was placed. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in Madrid are excluded from this period.
Once Mascoboutique has prepared the order for shipping or ready for pickup at the physical store chosen by the Buyer, an email will be sent to the Buyer.

7. Delivery of the order
Once the order is prepared, Mascoboutique will proceed to ship it to the address provided by the Buyer during the purchasing process, or will inform them of its availability for pick-up at the physical store of Mascoboutique chosen, depending on the option selected by the Buyer when placing the order.
7.1. In-Store Pickup
During the purchasing process, the Buyer may choose in-store pickup at one of Mascoboutique's physical stores in Madrid as a shipping method. In this case, once Mascoboutique has the Buyer's order ready to be picked up at the chosen physical store, Mascoboutique will inform the Buyer via email of this circumstance so that they can come and collect it. The Buyer will not have to pay any amount for shipping or order preparation. 7.2. Shipment of the order by carrier
Likewise, during the purchasing process, the Buyer may choose to have the order shipped to the address of their choice, as long as it is not a P.O. box.
7.2.1. National shipments
Mascoboutique works with the transport companies Seur, DHL Parcel, and DHL Express, however, it reserves the right to change transport companies at any time and without prior notice. Mascoboutique ships to any point in Spain within the Iberian Peninsula (hereinafter, "Peninsular Spain") or to the Balearic Islands; however, it does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
As a general rule, the first delivery attempt will be made within 24 to 72 hours from the collection of the item by the transport company. In order to keep the Buyer informed, Mascoboutique will send an email on the day the order is handed over to the transport company to notify them of the delivery. Please note that for the calculation of the aforementioned 24 to 72-hour period, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded, whether in Madrid or in the delivery location. Exceptionally, in addition to the above, regardless of the total amount of the order, if the orders include products considered as Large Items, they will incur additional shipping costs.
7.2.2. International shipping
Mascoboutique also ships internationally to points within Europe. Delivery times to these destinations vary depending on the delivery address; however, generally, the first delivery attempt should be made within seven working days from the moment Mascoboutique hands over the order to the carrier company. Similar to domestic shipments, (i) Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded from the calculation of this period, whether in Madrid or the delivery location; and (ii) Mascoboutique will send an email to the Buyer on the day the order is handed over to the carrier company, informing them of the delivery.

For shipments to destinations not covered in these General Conditions, please contact Mascoboutique by sending an email to web@mascoboutique.com. As far as possible, we will try to help you to get your order to wherever you want. Mascoboutique does not ship to Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, or outside of the European Union.
7.2.3. Delay in delivery
If the first delivery attempt by the transport company is not carried out within the deadlines indicated in the previous points, the Buyer may choose the following options:
1. Accept the late delivery of the order and claim from Mascoboutique the shipping costs that could have been paid when placing the order, or
2. Cancel the order with a refund of the amounts paid in said purchase.
The Buyer will not have the right to these options if the Website had clearly and expressly indicated before the purchase that deliveries could be delayed.
8. Pricing policy
The prices shown on the website are set by Mascoboutique. The prices are displayed in Euros. Before purchasing any of the selected products, the website will display either the prices with the I.V.A. included as final price or broken down according to the taxable base and the applicable taxes at any given time

The goods subject to withdrawal must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, with all their original containers and packaging. The Buyer must make this return to Mascoboutique within a period of 14 calendar days from when they communicated their desire to withdraw from the contract. If these conditions are met, Mascoboutique will proceed - according to the Buyer's choice - to:
a. Refund the Buyer, within 14 calendar days from when the Buyer informed you of their desire to withdraw, all payments received for the purchase of the product(s), if they chose to return the product. If the Buyer requested Mascoboutique to collect the product(s) subject to withdrawal, Mascoboutique will deduct the collection costs from the same.
b. Exchange the products subject to withdrawal for others, with prior compensation for any price difference that may exist and any collection expenses, if applicable as indicated above.
When a partial refund is issued for an order over 60€ in which shipping costs were not initially charged, and the final purchased items do not exceed the 60€ minimum, Mascoboutique reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount of the returned items.
According to the current withdrawal policy for ecommerce platforms, we grant consumers a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise the right of return. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used, for purchases made with Sequra.
10.3. Exceptions to withdrawal

10.4. Guarantees

b. Provide all the necessary documentation to receive the order.
c. Fulfill any other obligations arising from the current regulatory framework, contained in these Conditions or in any other applicable conditions.
11.2. Buyer's obligations
By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees to:
a. To pay the corresponding amounts in a timely manner, including fees, taxes, and any other specified costs during the purchasing process. Failure to make the payment will release Mascoboutique from its obligations.
b. Be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the data provided to make the purchase.
c. Assume the responsibility for not meeting the requirements demanded by Mascoboutique to hold the status of Buyer or for not having the necessary documentation to place an order.
d. Fulfill any other obligations included in these Conditions or in any other applicable conditions, such as the General Terms of Use or the Specific Registration Terms, and assume any liability resulting from non-compliance, holding Mascoboutique completely harmless.
12. Disclaimer
Mascoboutique will not be responsible under any circumstances for damages that the Buyer may suffer due to products purchased by them as a result of causes attributable to the Buyer.

b. Personal or material damages caused as a result of the use of the products.

13. Compensation
The Buyer's failure to comply with these Conditions or any other applicable rules may cause damages to Mascoboutique. In this sense, Mascoboutique reserves the right to take legal action against the Buyer to demand the compensation it deems appropriate and thus compensate for the damages caused.
14. Modifications
Mascoboutique can at any time and without prior notice, update and/or modify these conditions. However, the customer will always be informed of the applicable conditions for their purchase before contracting. 15. General issues
15.1. Safeguard and interpretation of these Terms
