This bone broth is an ancestral recipe. It is cooked for over 20 hours on low heat in small batches using fresh chicken bones. This process helps dissolve the connective tissue rich in collagen, chondroitin, glucosamine, and amino acids. The result is a very digestive, hydrating broth rich in amino acids that help maintain joint, digestive, and immune system health.
All of the above, combined with the rich meat flavor, makes it the perfect complement to any diet, as it is very low in calories (only 16 kcal per 100 ml) and contains no salt or additives.
