Its texture is velvety, but it perfectly repels water. You can choose the position of the hood: leave it fixed to the body with a snap button to allow greater mobility or adjust it to the head with an elastic for complete protection. You can also remove it thanks to the zipper it includes. You decide!
The raincoat is lined with a very soft, navy blue fabric. It closes around the belly, also with snap buttons (double row from size 35) and has an opening on the back to attach the leash to the harness.
